Lovingly restoring the Cosy Cottage
Featuring traditional character, our cosy living space was bought in 2017 and was in need of a complete overhaul. We have lovingly spent many hours, long nights, and late weekends completely restoring and renovating our beautiful 150-year-old detached cottage to the highest of standards.
The ‘dog friendly’ Cosy Cottage offers self-catering accommodation, located in Welwick, East Yorkshire, we are 2 miles from the East Yorkshire coast and in the middle of the Beautiful English countryside.
Main features
We’ve brought back to life the warm cosy lounge, galley kitchen, and dining room whilst you or the family can enjoy the large conservatory overlooking the spacious garden.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms furnished with king-size beds, a child’s room, and a bathroom. The cottage has smart TVs, free Wifi and Netflix. All bedding, towels, and luxury dressing gowns are provided for your comfort.

Enjoying the garden
You can relax and unwind in the amazing 6 seater hot tub in our purpose-built outdoor cabin, which includes a lounger, hot shower, and changing area. With the option to open the doors at the front, you can sit back and enjoy the summer view, or you can close the doors and keep cosy in colder weather.
With a fully-enclosed, spacious garden you, the children, and your family pet can remain safe with the added benefit of retaining your privacy.
Down the bottom of the garden, you can use the gas BBQ and chiminea and sit and watch the soft lights at dusk, adding a magical feel to your stay.
